Dear all

I'm looking to bring a few things over from UK, like bike, tv, and a few other bits in April next year.

Has anybody got any recent recommendations?

Thanks in kind anticipation.

Do you mean motorbike? Where abouts in the UK are you?, if near Croydon, I wish to also bring a motorcycle and a few bits so maybe we could share?

Hi

I'm in Birmingham.

Only a mountain bike at this stage plus bits. I'll see how it all goes before I bring my motorbike.

When you say share.......do you mean bring it over ourselves?

I would be curious to see how much a company would charge.......I know it's all about the m3 but it's hard to gauge.

Regards

Bringing it ourselves would be a cheaper option, trouble is I am in Croydon South of London so quite a way from Birmingham. My next trip isnt until March though.

Hi

Agreed.

Someone has sent me a private message with a number who they have used before.

Do you want me to send it to you.

Probably needs checking out as you wouldn't want to hand over all your stuff and they drive away with it!

All good intentions by the sender and it could be a great contact?

I would consider a drive over at some stage as I know you can just hire one way which would be the best way to go.

Have a think?

Regards

Glen

Depending on the size of the van it would be allot cheaper if half each.

Think  I would want to go in the van with the driver to be honest, I would need to be there in Spain when he unloads anyway, cant leave it on the street.

I am now waiting for a quote from that company for self drive to Spain from Birmingham.

Well if you want to go for it, around mid March, half each, book the  Ferry early though as places soon fill up, then I am game if you are happy to drive via South Croydon.
