Looking to spend at least a year on the coast

Hi,
I'm looking for advice and help. I would like to spend some time on the coast. I am from Washington state, usa. I'm looking to spend at least a year on the coast so I'm looking for opinions on where would be a nice fit. Ideally I'd like to find a job in a marina or on or around a boating community. Looking for work and affordable housing. All advice and information welcome!
