I bought a bottle of Apple Vinegar by accident (not Apple Cider Vinegar). Any advice on its uses?

Apple cider vinegar uses include cleaning, washing hair, preserving food and improving skin function. It can also be used in all sorts of recipes, including salad dressings, soups, sauces, hot drinks and more. Have a practice.

If you know anyone who's overweight, give it to them - it's supposed to help weight loss.

I take a tablespoon mixed in water every morning. It's supposed to be good for everything from improving your immune system to decreasing belly fat!

A little...... Like malt vinegar not quite like whisky, wine vinegar like wine or vodka like potatoes, but apart from that. Yes. V

I saw this online...

Cider vinegar and apple cider vinegar are by and large the same product. Cider vinegar is usually made from apples. ... Cider vinegar is usually made by fermenting apple or other fruit juice using a substance called "Mother of Vinegar," which contains bacteria.

Good luck

You can use it for adding a sweet/sharp taste to sauces for pork or chicken; for making up an interesting vinaigrette which would usually also have a little honey and grain mustard; for sprinkling over grilled vegetables; for adding that ‘mmm’ taste to various casseroles instead of red wine vinegar - but won’t go well with red meat! Put a little in apple sauce, throw a little over baked or grilled fruit, add it to sweet or savoury marinades.......................shalll I go on?
