Hi Val,
Does it have a number plate and is it road registered? If it is road legal and the quad isn't registered in your name it's very difficult to transfer it to a new owner.
If it isn't road legal, then there is no need to transfer ownership and it can just be sold as it is. bear in mind though a non running off road quad isn't worth a great deal.

Any idea of the size or manufacture as several companies have made machines with this name. There should be an id tag on it some where .
