Hello everyone.

I am after some advice please I am coming out to look at properties in Algorfa, Formentera del Segura and La Marina at Easter.

I am really after information about the areas and amenities please from people who already live or have holiday homes in these places. I.E banks, supermarkets, tapas, bars restaurants. Nice walks etc and transport links.

If I find a suitable property it would be used as a holiday home initially for myself and family all of us have been having Spanish lessons for the past year.

Also does anyone have any advice on Lawyers or particularly good Estate agents.

Both areas are good for different reasons from Formentara you can walk to Benijofa, Benimar & Rojales so lots of choice.

Talk to Mar at Sol 4 in Benimar they are next door to Let's Eat restaurant she is very good and resonably priced

We moved to La Marina Urbanization last year and have really enjoyed our time here especially joining walking and cycling groups. also involved in line dancing and snooker. Loads of places to eat and drink. Recommend our Estate Agent Alison at Newstart 965038990
