Hi,I'm currently renting on Urb. La Marina but am still looking for better location eg.Parque del Mino in the future, ideally I'm looking for a bungalow (no stairs!) 1-2 bed.Preferably South facing or at least ample morning/afternoon sun.Long term rental:no fancy holiday rental prices.I've just joined this forum so would like to know about social activities goinging on,I'm currently spending a month in Spain and month back in UK.Cheers! Normy.

Hi, new to this forum, so here goes......

We live in LA MARINA URB,  and have done for 4yrs. The owner of the house we are renting at present has decided to sell. 😕 Not something we thought would happen when signing!!! Now we are looking for a bungalow (preferably, we are in our 70's) but, if a house with stairs is on offer, we will be looking at It! 3 beds, 2 bath would be ideal for family visits, failing that we would manage with 2 beds 1 bath. We also have a small well behaved dog. The house is up for sale now!! Any info would be much appreciated. TIA

We have currently re located to La Marina from UK and are staying in a rented property until March when our contract is up, we are looking to rent long term in either fase 4 or fase 5 and would prefer a Julia style property as we are in an Isobel at the moment and the stairs are a killer. We are both retired with guarenteed income, and have a very teeny tiny toy poodle who does not shed and is very very well behaved, if anyone has a property they are thinking of renting then please do let us know.
