Property wanted to buy: 3 bed villa
Hi I am looking for advice on the best area to buy with a good range of bars, restaurants, shopping and beach. I was originally looking in the popular resorts of La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Playa Flamenca but then I saw a lovely villa in the La Marina urbanisation. However La Marina looks a bit quieter in comparison to these other areas. I know La Marina will get busy during school holidays but can I ask, do you find it really quiet in low season? If you were to buy all over again, would you stick to La Marina or chose another area? My wife and I are in early 60s so not looking to go clubbing but at the same time we don't want to go for a drink and find we are the only people in the bar or restaurant! We are coming out on 23rd May, using Villamartin as a base and plan to drive around all these areas to see what might suit us best but would be great to get opinions from those who know the whole area so well.
