Been a few times, nice and cosy. The food was OK, but wasn't, as expected, gourmet class. Would recommend it. You should go and have a look for yourself. I never listen to other people's recommendations for local restaurants, I just try them out for myself.

Hello

Absolutely agree with you  Kenneth, restaurants/cafes are amongst the things I wouldn't  ask for recommendations for --- everyones  expectations are different.... you may not like what I like etc....It's much better to go and visit & then decide,    everyones experiences differ.

It's like when people ask for things that are "inexpensive/cheap" What does that mean? - everyones idea of costs  is different, depends how much you have to spend.

Cheers

We have just been to ELF and weren’t impressed either by food, service or cleanliness. As the other two replies stated, it’s personal choice. Susan
