There is a bike shop in La Marina village, on the right going towards Santa Pola /Alicante. He only speaks Spanish. There is an English bike shop in Quesada. Normally at the Thursday Market in La Marina there is a guy, I think the name is Mike's Bikes.

Thanks. I'll check those out. We used to use Mike for all our bike repairs and servicing, but unfortunately he's returned to the UK.

Think you will find it is a British bike shop, it could be a Scottish bike shop as the owner is from Aberdeen, and you wonder why the Scots want to break away from the UK
The Scots don't want to break from the UK. If you remember, they had a referendum and voted against independence and apart from Nicola Sturgeon and her SNP mates, there is no real desire to have another referendum.

I got my bike repaired at the shop in La Marina village. He did it straight away, at a very reasonable price. Thanks for the tip. Mind you, I didn't expect a post enquiring about bicycle repairs to provoke a debate about Scottish independence!

They did vote to remain in the EU! 😊
