Hi Steve and welcome to the forum,
If you're selling, rather than buying, I wouldn't touch Zafira - they were hopeless when we sold my in-laws place on La Marina, not a single viewing in 6 months. We switched to Newstart and they sold it in 3 weeks:

Totally agree with Kim, probably the best on the urbanisation. Although Zafira have been there for years, I've never seen one for sale sign on a property.
