Hello

Everyone has to apply independently for residencia with their own documents required for the application -- , as you have done yours, you will know what she needs to do, if not, ask again on the forum,

I'm not sure exactly, how she registers her S1 as a dependent, but a visit to your nearest INSS ( or any  information sent with the S1 from from UK), will explain that.

Cheers

Yes John if she has her NIE and Padron (which would have been issued as your dependent) you are both all set to go, if your combined income meets the criteria (we did it last year, but can't recall exacly what it is - something like 12k per annum). Your wife must be similar age to me, and falls into the withholding pensions to 66 rule. We used Sun Lawyers to deal with the application as they guided us along the way, ensuring our paperwork was in order and accompanying us to the police station to have the residency cards issued (process may have changed a little since introduction of the TIE). For any more information see Jim's Guide on here- it's a mine! Best of luck.
