Got ours just yesterday in Orehuela, took the thick end of about two montbs to get the appointment although curiously there was not another soul there either when we arrived nor when we left.

I checked yesterday how long one has to wait to get an appointment, and this varied between eight and ten weeks, with the exception of Torrevieja, which was five weeks.

Waiting times can only get worse as more are panicked by Brexit so if you're going to do it better sooner than later.
