Please can someone advise what line on the IBI/ SUMA RECEIPT shows the catastral value for my non residents tax return. Is mine 50883.62, valor cat./base imponable, or this plus 1872.25, valor suelo, or something else.
Valor Catastral is the one you want. Valor Suelo is the value of the land which will be used for the Plusvalia tax when it is sold.
So Valor Catastral is €50,883.62 which is what your IBI is based on.
