La Marina Non Resident Tax: Tax Office Email Address?

Hi everyone and Happy New Year to you all.

In October I submitted the Form 210 online for myself and my wife (our first submissions as we only recently bought a property on the Urb).  They both went through without any errors, and I got the PDF versions back with Receipt Numbers.  I was expecting the direct debits to come out of my Sabadell account on 31-12-25, but they have not.

I'd like to email Agencia Tributaria to see if they received the forms, and find out what I need to do in order to make the payments, but can't seem to find an email address for them.  Has anyone got any ideas?

Happy New Year!

Last year was our first year (2024) submitting it ourselves. It took to the 19th January 2025 before the direct debit came off our wise account. This year it came off on the 30th December 2025. Like you, I was worried that something had gone wrong. Its possibly because it's the first year and it's getting set up. I would give it a little more time.

Thanks @randerson4043, I hope you're right and it does come out soon.  I'd still like to check (for my own peace-of-mind).  I would hate to find out it didn't go through, and I then get chased for non-payment.

Fines for late payment of the non resident tax is 5% if up to 3 months late, 10% if up to 6 months late or 15% if up to 1 year late so I wouldn't lose too much sleep over it.

It's only if you go more than a year over that back fines can be added when they charge 20% plus a fine.

As said above, give it time.

Agencia Tributaria don't publish email addresses, and their online portals only allow general queries, not individual ones.

Non-resident tax is only handled by Madrid, and they're always busy.

Having said that, I've written to them a few times over the years, and they've always replied and given me the information I asked for.

Sorry, I should have thought of this when I was writing the above.

If you do end up writing to Madrid, write the topic on the top left hand corner of the envelope. That makes life easier for their sorting office, and also ensures that the contents stay intact. In your case just write Modelo 210.
