Tax move England to spain
How to move my tax from England to Spain
When you become a resident, you will complete (or your solicitors will) a form 030 which will be lodged with the Spanish tax authorities. You will start paying income tax in the year you become a fiscal resident which is when you have spent more than 6 months in the first year you live here. If you move over in the first 6 months of a tax year (in Spain it is Jan to Dec the same as the calendar year) you will be a tax resident for the whole year. If you move over in the last 6 months you will not become a tax resident until the following year as Spain does not do partial tax residency.
You must complete a Spain Form Individual to send to HMRC in UK showing you are now tax resident in Spain. You can download a declaration of fiscal status in Spain and any income you receive in UK (apart from government pensions) will then only be taxed in Spain.
Be aware there is always a crossover period where you will end up paying tax in both countries on the same income until it has been processed by HMRC but they will refund any tax you have paid in UK during that period.
Best of luck.
