My air con will not blow hot air can you help

I had my air con renewed last year but I can not get it to blow hot air Can any one help .

Hi Pete
The remote control is straight forward the buttons self explanatory, When the temp is tuned up it has no
affect on the unit at all the air coming in is just the air from out side nether hot or cold, could there be
switch in the unit that needs turned on

many people have the problem where they just change the temperature on the remote when actually you have to change the MODE. Also if that is not the problem, try to contact a professional.
