See photo of bill extract (in english) and the energy info screen from the iberdrola clients app (not from the same period)

Thanks so much, with this we can try to find out where the problem lies.

Hi,

Thanks for sending the invoice copies. My husband asks if maybe he could meet with you to find out a little more information before he contacts iberdrola. As we have been told that you should not send any private details through this medium, I’m not sure how we could get together. Maybe you can help here?

You can send a private message to chrisalner, where you can exchange phone numbers, addresses etc without anybody else seeing them 👍

Hi

It’s me again, we are in touch with our energy supplier about the invoices not showing why our solar energy is not shown on them. They have now told us that our solar system is not registered with them. Now maybe you can give me an answer on how yours was registered? Did the installer of the your panel installation inform your energy company or did you have to do this yourself?. We assumed that the solar company would do this after installing the panels as they got all information on who our supplier was.

Thanks for any answer you can give on this.

Norah

You may not be alone, I had mine installed by SUNFY/TELFY 7th November last year, SUNFY/TELFY had to then apply for an installation certificate.

I have been assured SUNFY sent off paperwork somewhere to get this certificate, as my Electric company will not deal with Solar without it. I think all the paperwork was sent along with, small works receipts and approval SUME and Permission Town Hall. Still waiting for that Certificate. I have since found out someone had installed a month before me and they still do not have it yet either. So maybe get in touch with your Solar installer, find out if they are doing this for you? Hopefully they are? and you just need to do the wait. It may be long wait, as I have been told the time taken for this Certificate, is due to a rise of installations and applications?

I am guessing if we had got Solar Installation done by the Electric company, we may be in a positive position to access their deals. Hope this helps?

Hi there,

Well in the meantime we have found out that the solar company has installed the wrong unit. We have a three phase power point and the unit is only for one phase. What kind of solar company doesn’t check what kind of power point one has before just installing anything just to get the order. We are so annoyed that we are producing solar energy for nothing since it has been installed. Just now after nearly one year you tell us that the energy supplier has to get a certificate about the installation of the panels. I can’t believe this, because we have not received any certificate from the solar company to do this. Now I’m worried, they don’t even have a license to install these panels. This will probably end up at a solicitors office,

This is just to inform people wanting to install solar panels,  to check with Iberdrola what is needed, this way you will get qualified information from the beginning.

Thanks

Sorry to hear about your situation. Thete is a consumer rights office in Rojales town hall who may be able to help you or at least stop these cowboy companies ripping people off.

Your situation seems to be a growing problem. Lots of flyby companies making A fortune and then disappearing.

Best to get a registered electricidad provider due the installation .

Iberdrola pay low feed in rates as well. Other companies pay more.
