The registration process asks me to select a document type from a drop down menu, NIF or NIE or Passport, the next box asks for the document number, but whichever document I chose, it is always rejected with a message saying, wrong format, I tried to e-mail them but once again you have to give a number which is also always "Wrong Format". Can anybody advise what the correct format is please?

When I tried my NIF, I entered it exactly the same as it appears on my bill from them, still incorrect format. I think I will try later on my other computer.

So I also just tried the same with my electricity Iberdrola, when I selected a password, in just numbers, just lower case letters, just upper case letters, a mixture of all three, I get the same response:-

Formato incorrecto

I had the same problem with Hidraqua and still haven't solved it.

As for Iberdrola, are you still using their website ? Try curenergia.es

I already have an account with Iberdrola and they even send me my bills via e-mail, they want me to confirm my e-mail address but of course I cannot.
