Hi all

We are finally visiting our apartment in El Pinet Beach next Tuesday but we will need to buy a few things, anyone have any suggestions on the following:

150cm bed:  Duvet and cover, sheets and pillow cases

90cm beds X 2: Duvet and cover, sheets and pillow cases

Kitchen: Kettle, toaster, blender, microwave oven, tea towels and dish cloths

Small oil filled heater

Electric Iron

Patio Set.

Plus a million other things I haven't thought of. :/

Thanks

Our agents were helpful they got our electrical goods from Tien 21 and brought them the same day we got the keys to apartment. There is a Tien 21 in Guardamar. Home decor is next to Lidl it has everything and I mean everything 😁 we also visited a few of the large supermarkets and got extra bedding and a microwave and much more you need for starting out. Not sure of the  name of the other shops we went to but they are on the left hand side of road heading to Guardamar. La marina has electrical shops etc we just drove all over the place to find what we needed. My favourite shop was in Torrevieja it’s Muebles Hnos Garcia in Calle de Orihuela. There is a linen company near there to that’s closing down called the Yorkshire linen company I got some bedding at a great price. I bought hoover bags and took some bedding and towels etc over to Spain bought the sizes you need from Dunelm online. Hope this helps 😁

I can recommend Euronics at the top of the Urb for all electricals, they may be slightly more expensive but service is excellent.

Hi - la zenia is worth a visit they have a Primark for your bedding, pillows and duvets, a Zara home (which has such lovely things) and al campo has lots of electrical goods as well as other bits and pieces you might need.

Enjoy the shopping

Hi all

Well we've finally got here, big thanks to Tony and Sue for suggesting Carrefour in Santa Pola, we manged to get just about everything there with the help from Aldi next door. We spent about half of what we were expecting to pay.  Air con installed yesterday and broadband being set up today. :)

With a bit of luck we might be able to relax this weekend.

Thanks again.

Molly
