Convert our bikes to electric

We have 2 identical folding, 20 inch wheel bikes. We need to know where we can get them converted to electric bikes. We’d prefer those that attach to the front wheel and are controlled by a small phone like device that attaches to the handlebars. If I’d to buy them and I’d to pay someone else to fit them for me, even better. Stev
