Are there any English speaking radio programmes available in La Mata. Would a radio brought over from UK work?

Lots of English speaking radio stations, just retune your FM radio to Sunshine FM, Spectrum FM or any other depending on your musical taste.

You can get most stations on your PC (from pretty much anywhere in the world) via the internet, and also on many smartphones

There are some, in Madrid and Barcelona, but it is not nationwide anymore (in 2011 50%ish of the country was covered by DAB in Spain, now just Madrid and Barcelona...)
