Hi

I have a friend who wants to gain Spanish residency but seems unable to sort it out. Is there someone who he can pay to sort it out for him?!

What nationality  is your friend?

If they’re from the U.K. the visa process has to be started in the U.K.

He is English.  Has a property in Quesada.  But he has done nothing about getting residency so keeps travelling around.

As has been mentioned,  he will need to apply for a visa from the Spanish consulate while living in the UK. He will need to meet the income and healthcare requirements. The income requirements are that he has an income of around €27,000 per annum. He will need full private healthcare paid for a full year.

Owning a property here in Spain will make no difference to the visa or residence application.
