Airport bus ground floor to Torrevieja bus station = 7 Euro, then a short walk to Dialprix supermarket Calle Ramon Gallud at the bus stop take the A or A2 bus to La Mata = 1.50 Euro.
Re Alan571, here is the Alicante Airport to Torrevieja bus timetable.
First bus 8am, 10am, 12noon, 2pm, 5pm, 7pm, last bus 9pm. All taking roughly a 1 hour journey time.

Beware - The last bus leaves Alicante airport for Torrevieja at 9.00pm. Just pay the driver
