Flights booked for Next Wed 4th to check up on our apt - but so confused right now - will we be allowed travel to La Mata  once we land in Alicante- no data on the Ryanair site about this but return flights are still active at the moment - Are non residents that fly allowed into this region now ? Thanks in advance for any advise and information.

Hello

The same question was asked last night on the thread...Travelling to Denia from Alicante

Travelling to Denia from AlicanteI is  quite a long reply but worth reading but the last paragragh was  this ......      . Entry for tourism purposes is not currently permitted and should be avoided."

If you read the explanation it might be clearer.

Cheers

I have not read the other thread, but my neighbour who is a non resident arrived yesterday at Alicante/Elche airport and was picked up by a friend and then traveled on to Torrevieja with no issues.

Likewise, today I collected a friend at Alicante Airport this morning and travelled to Playa Flamenca with no problems.

Hiya, I’ve got an apartment in la Mata and have moved my flights three times, from May, to July to august. I’ve now moved them to next March, which will be over a year since being in my apartment. Do you have to isolate on your return to the uk? I really wanna visit my Place but I’m concerned about isolating and have basically written this year off. Thanks

Thanks Peter 3473 -Yes I have heard of people arriving yesterday without problems but I am also worried in case Valencia / Spain goes into lockdown and we can not get out.

Hi Katymay I too have cancelled flights three times this year and this is out last chance to get to La Mata in 2020. It is a year since we have been there and are concerned about our apartment. Our flights are booked for this Wed for one week and are still active on the airline site but things are changing so fast we are worried the return flight might be cancelled or there is a complete lockdown in Spain and we cannot get back to Ireland. We have to isolate for 14 days on return.
