Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get keys cut in la Mata. I have a holiday apartment here, I tried to get copies cut in the UK but the guy in the shop said the keys were different to those in the UK and he would have to place a special order to get the correct style of key in stock which would take 2 weeks 🙄 thanks 👍
Carrefore in Torrevieja used to do it
Ferreteria ( ironmonger / hardware stores ) usually cut them. I have successfully used the ferreteria on the “strip” in the Torreviega end of La Mata both for key cutting and coming out to change locks. They speak English and are very helpful.

The DIY shop in the square cuts keys, not sure on the opening hours also Carrefour on the way to Torrevieja
