Hi, we’re booked To fly out at the end of August, we’ve not  been since feb 2020 & was wondering if there’s any new paperwork that needs to be completed before travelling. A friend told me she thought there were new forms we had to fill out because of brexit . If this is right, could someone please let me know which form. I’m travelling from the Uk to Alicante. Many thanks 👍👍

Yes, you have to fill out the passenger locator form, currently with details of either a PCR test or your Covid passport. But rules will probably change between now and the end of August.

Thank you. A friend told me there was another form ( this was before we’d even heard of covid) and said it was linked to brexit along with some kind of fsc? form,  but couldn’t recall the details. Hopefully our travel can go ahead and like you say, things probably will have changed by then . Fingers crossed 🤞 all will be well 🤞

There's no new forms for Brexit - I flew in 2 weeks ago to Alicante from UK and it was basically exactly the same, they just stamp your passport. Was out extremely quickly. The only thing different is the Covid form as mentioned above! :)

Thank you, I’d hate to be turned away because I’d missed a form. Roll on August, I can’t bloody wait lol

You fill the form in here, 48 hours before your flight, which gives you a QR code by email which they scan as you arrive through customs. But this may change before your flight!

At the moment you also need proof of a negative PCR test or proof you've been double vaccinated but again this will probably change. It's hard, but best not to worry too much until a week or 2 before. The rules changed 2 hours after I arrived with 72 hours notice! It's crazy. I hope they'll only change for the better though, especially if you've been doublle vaccinated.
