Hi,your abogado (lawyer) who did your purchase should have an insurance company that he uses as mine did and is probably about half the cost of the bank

Hi I am with Mapfre but problem is every year for renewal I receive correspondence in English. Mapfre were recommended to me by by Solicitor .. Abaco in Torrevieja. We find Abaco excellent. They are in operation 20 years now

We can recommend Right Move Insurance having dealt with their La Zenia Office for Buildings Insurance, much cheaper than the Banks or Mapre and with better cover, everything dealt with by English staff.
