We (due to unforseen circumstances) now have to consider renting our 2 bed apart 10 mins walk from La Mata center. It could be long or short term lets and I guess I will have to register the propery for tax etc. Anyone interested in renting please pm me with your details etc.

Hi Roblui,

The apartment is on the ground floor but it's raised up with 6 steps which was a blessing when we had floods last September, there's also a ramp access. If you would like to view we are coming over on 14th sept until 28th so possible anytime in those two weeks assuming our flights are not canselled again. The apartment is fully furnished to a fairly high standard as we only use it for family. we have also installed a satalite dish so we have tv and wifi on demand. 50 meters to the bus stop for Guardamar de segura (5 mins by car) Torrevieja (10 mins car) 8 mins walk to beach on boardwalk 10 mins walk into La Mata, ample parking directly in fron of apartment and La Piscina restaurant 80 mtrs.

We want to sell but are also willing to look at a long term rental which would need proof of income and references.
