While not trying to be awkward a lot depends on your status in Spain, Resident or Non-Resident, Pension age and registered in the Spanish Healthcare system, under Pension age with Private Health Insurance, all have implications for the possible answer and there is always the possibility of using your EHIC Card.

I recommend the Salud in La Mata . I have used them a few times also my husband and we have never had a problem, just remember to take your passport and your EHIC . Every person we spoke to understood us, and also spoke english. But why not ask at your surgery for a prescription for the appropriate dressings before you visit Spain. I did that some years ago when my husband had a similar thing . Hope this helps .
