I understand it is now possible to register on the Padron online. Has anybody managed to do this? If so, could they send me a link to the webpage

Hello Caryl,
no, you can't register on the Padron Online.
What you can do in some cities, If you have electronic access, is renew it.
We don´t know any city where you can do the Padron online.
Its in transition at the moment, so you cant apply online for a short while, until its up and running properly. They say it should take about a week, so allow for a month at least ;)
Im sure a quick Google will bring up the official location to apply online.
