Hopefully with all the bug spraying they have been doing it wont be too bad. My mum is there at the moment and hasn't had any problems yet, so fingers crossed :)

I’ve heard that Las Torretas, Los Balcones and Park of Nations are particularly bad and being fumigated.  El Raso and Catral  also bad.  Hopefully being on the coast will save us from the worst.

Sadly....as above. The four horsemen of the apocalypse  ie:  Boris, Corbyn & the Supreme Court got the worst of the UK. the EU (other  immigrants ie: in Spain are left with the pestilence.

Got bitten on the beach yesterday despite the wind so no sanctuary on the coast either, our local area has been sprayed but still not able to sit out at night.

Does anyone know if/ when the colder weather is likely to kill them off?   Or if it is a mild winter again like last year will the mosquitoes continue unabated?
