Hi. We have just bought an apt in la mata and need furniture. Is there anywhere in the vicinity thats reasonable or would we need to go into Torrevieja manythanks

There is nowhere in La Mata that sells furniture, if you can travel to Ave. Cortes Valenciana that goes into Torrevieja, you will find several furniture shops. Good quality 2nd hand items can be found at New2You - look online, they also do free delivery

Depending on what furniture you are looking for, if you come out of La Mata near the square and turn towards Guardamar (go past Chez Philippe)on the first roundabout there is a place on the right that sells a lot of furniture, electrical items etc or further towards Guardamar there are places on theright hand side near where the Sunday car boot sale is, hope that helps😀
