Hi - some advice needed. Without boring you with the detail I am getting an appalling service from CaixaBank La Nucia. Am I likely to fair better by changing my branch to one in Benidorm or are all CaixaBanks as bad? Indeed, are all Spanish banks as bad? Which is the main CaixaBank branch in Benidorm?
Don't know about your Bank but we have been with Sabadell Bank for two and a half years, great helpful in branch service and an excellent online banking site, in English, would highly recommend them.
