Help needed on property purchase

Hi - could anyone please let me know all the charges, fees, taxes, etc I could expect to pay (including mortgage fees) for a property - 120 000 Euro - 50 000 euro deposit and 70 000 mortgage? Could you also let me know if it is normal for a bank to make you take out their life and house insurance as a prerequisite of an advance (smacks of mis-selling to me)
