Holla, we are renting in the lovely La Nucia area long term. Could you please give any information on what is the best medical or healthcare to have? (hopefully won't need, but just incase?)
Also we are trying to learn spanish, any local free classes?

Assuming that you are below retirement age, you will need private insurance. There are several perfectly reputable Spanish companies: Asssa/Sanitas(Bupa)/Asisa and various others. Your best solution is to go to a dedicated insurance agent who will sort out the best deal for you, it appears to be a little less expensive than UK equivalent, but does, of course, depend upon your level of cover. Dental and optical are all private here.
