I got a message last week that a letter had arrived advising me to renew my padron. As I cant get to Spain due to covid, could anyone advise if I can do it online ?

Thanks in advance

Every Council has it's own rulings. Where I live one must apply in person.

If you are a non resident you shouldn't be on the padron. It is a list of residents for the Town Hall to receive money from Madrid Central government for local services and states you are resident which could raise uncomfortable tax issues.
