Air source heat pump heating.

We purchased a property approx two years ago in La Romana which had previously belonged to a German couple who admittedly had done everything most professional ly .

This also included an air source heat pump system with many oversized radiators.

To provide space heating to the property.

The heat pump could do with updating after nearly 20 years ,we wondered if anyone knows of a company in the Alicante (la Romana,Elche ) area with experience in this field of renewable energy etc who could price to undertake this work.

This form of heating is much more common here, and in most of Europe than UK.

There are usually several firms in an area dealing with in it, if you search for calefaccion y bombas de calor, this should bring up results. We have a separate heat pump for hot water and a huge heat exchanger for heating, both installed by a large local firm called Silvasol. They are big enough to undertake industrial size jobs and I believe they will travel, may be worth contacting them. Explanatory website if you look them up.

Hi Richard, you may have had this resolved by now, only just catching up with posts!

The local 'go to' firm in the La Romana area is Electricidad Belando. I am having them install our HVAC system.

They are located on the main street at the school end of town, next door to the Community charity shop.
