As the area is very well kept, are the community charges very expensive?

also is there a bus stop near by.

kind regards

Hi Anna,

Welcome Anna.

Just saw your message.

Yes the gardens are neat and tidy very well kept, trees and hedges clipped and trimmed, roads are clean. Pools are very well maintained too..

Community charges are very good roughly €700 for the year.

Not sure about bus stop.  Car is much better.

Hope this is of use to you.

Regards

Jan

I live here and have done for the last 7 years. It is an Urbanisation with a shop, tennis club, golf club, restaurant ( expensive) but I love it. I feel safe, secure, 10 minutes to Denia, 5 minutes to local supermarket in La xara. I love it and would not live anywhere else.

Sorry what type of property are you looking to buy. Communal charges vary from section to section. Villa is about 500€ Birdie semi detached houses about 1400€ but some can be up to 3000€! I sell property here so very familiar with the areas and properties.

Hi,

We are considering buying in La Sella.

The property is a 2 Bed detached Villa with private pool..

We have been informed the Communal fee is 200 Euro per year?

This seems very cheap going by the comments on this site?

What are your thoughts.

Much appreciated

Richard
