Hoping as always someone on the Forum has had this experience and can help.

Sadly my Husband and I have just been confirmed with Covid.

Although feeling much better, cough gone and no temperature.

My question is...has anyone else that has had Covid been left with skin problems.?

We are quite shocked to find suddenly my Husbands Scalp and back have completely

dried out, gone so dry. scurfy, and  really looks awful. As we are in Quarentine I cannot ask at

the Chemist and am not up to battling with Receptionists on the phone at the moment,

Google says it is another Covid symptom but did not say how to treat it.

Have others had this reaction?

This info from NHS might help

https://www.yourcovidrecovery.nhs.uk/managing-the-effects/effects-on-your-body/skin-disorders/#:~:text=COVID%20can%20trigger%20a%20very,can%20last%20for%20months%20afterwards.

And you can call the pharmacy in La Siesta for advice. I don't know if they deliver but some pharmacy's do.

Thank you so much Myra for all that help.

Yes, that is just how his back and shoulders look.

Will get a friend to go to Chemist for me.

Take care, and thanks again

Ann
