Help with nuisance bar customers on the terraces early hours most nights
We have a noise nuisance with a bar less than 150 metersacross the road that allows its customers to sit outside until 3/4/5 in the morning being served alcohol through the security gates. The problem is all year round we bought 20 years ago and moved here 4 years ago. We have tried to sleep at the rear which is unfair to us and doesn’t solve the problem. When requesting them to maybe allow their customers inside the bar after 1.am we were told to wear ear plugs. The police have been very unhelpful and decline to speak to us and do not visit the premises. We have been physically to Local Orihuela police with the same reaction. We are not alone in our plight. The bar in question also pays and uses other businesses terraces and the footpath to locate tables & chairs for quiz nights etc.the music may subside at 1.30 but the. Customers can carry on long into the night.
Does anyone have any sensible solution we don’t want to spoil anyone’s fun? We now have certain customers shouting verbal foul language at us.whilst we sitting on the terrace having dinner. I have photos & videos but the bar in questions name is clearly visible
