Banking charges

We’ve had a holiday home in Costa Blanca for almost 16 years now and our bank account was originally with Bancaja then taken over by Bankia. This account is just used to pay water, electricity, Sumas etc and has never been overdrawn and when it needs topping up we transfer money electronically from the uk. It is a joint account and due to the admin costs of this account, we only have one debit card but the costs still seem quite excessive at 15 euros month plus an annual fee (can’t access our account online at the moment to check how much this is). We’d be interested to know if this is fairly normal or if there are cheaper reliable options.
