Before considering any action you should read all the smallprint of your insurance policy (you'll be amazed about what is not covered). If any claim is brought forward, in the best case they will offer you 50% of what you claim. If you refuse, legal action would be the nex step and that could mean years, many years of stress and expenses which could easily cost you more than you will get at the end. Better think twice.
