Hi, I am advised by my solicitor the non resident tax is due and she can do this for me for €100. I’m sure I read somewhere on here it can be done a lot cheaper?.....I speak and read no Spanish btw.

Many people do it themselves by completing he 210 form, just need the catastral value of your property and Nie number. Print the form and pay it in your bank. This form can be downloaded here https://www2.agenciatributaria.gob.es/static_files/common/internet/dep/aplicaciones/ov/ie62100b.html?idi=en
Other clients told us they use this company in the UK http://spanishtaxforms.co.uk/ who seems to charge 30 PoundSt .

All done now with spanishtaxforms Uk...very happy, pity I couldn’t pay it myself at the bank as the tax company also charge £12per person extra for that.....still a bit cheaper than my solicitor though

Steve - according to Agencia Tributaria, you can pay it online from a UK bank, although the instructions look a bit confusing. See the last page of this PDF:

Interesting jim, I was lead to believe it needed to be done personally in the bank....live and learn for next time eh. 👍
