Hi everyone , I have not used the forum before, but find the information so useful. I am unable to get to Spain due to the health restrictions. However my Suma bill is due, it is posted to the house in Spain and I pay at the bank. I understand that there can be a fine for late payment. Can you advise how I can make a payment.

You are still OK on the deadline, due to the Covid-19 situation the deadline has been put back to the 6th of November, direct debits if set up will be taken on the 2nd November, Google Suma Spain and you should be able to access your bill and pay online or by telephone.

Give them a phone, they're quite helpful. The last time I phoned I was in a queue but you can leave a message and they get back to you within 24 hours.

Hi Kim , thank you so much for your advice . I will contact them today. I don't have the up to date bill as it's in the post box in Spain.!!! I have an old bill will that be sufficient .it has my NI number and reference number.

Hi Maz,
To pay online, you need the CSV number from your bill (you can pay it online without the CSV, but you'd need to log on with your electronic certificate to do that and I'm guessing you don't have one?) Probably best to call the number that Craig has already given you - they're open from 0800 to 2100 Mondays to Fridays, and 1000 to 1400 on Saturdays, and you can ask for an English speaker.
