It seems that or current box had given up so we’d are looking to buy a new one. Does anyone have any recommendations for the most economical one and where to buy it from locally please

Not sure if you have resolved this?
I have never tried it myself but I have in the recess of my memory that you can connect an old Sky box up to the dish and it will work.
Apologies in advance if thats a load of rubbish, but I am sure it is the case
