What happened to customer service?
Since moving out here 18 months ago we have had our satellite TV supplied by AAenglish, i would like to be able to say we have been happy with the system, right from the start there were problems, not a month went
by without a problem, stations would not work, or no signal.
Fast forward 12 months and we were waiting for Mr Molloy to visit us to collect the subscription for 2016/2017, instead of someone calling round, which we were assured would happen, all the Sky Channels disappeared, when we contacted Mr Molloy we were told it was because we had not paid!!
How we were supposed to do this as Mr Molloy insists on cash remains a mystery.
More recently Sky have blocked all Sky channels, which i understand is no fault of AA english, but on the satellite system we now have more channels that don't work than do.
My husband phoned AA english today, what was their answer? buy yet another system! no offer to off set any of the existing system costs ( which are paid yearly in advance in cash) against the new one.
A very, very disappointing response. Seems customer service does not exist.
