Wanted: Villa or apartment oasis beach or very close to Boulevard

Hi all hope your all well

I am interested in purchasing a apartment on oasis beach I have missed out on 2 now too €190 and ground floor €172 but was not meant to be,I am cash buyer ready now to complete ASAP if works for both parties, or a villa must be within 5 mins walk of boulevard or la Zenia beach side, I have €200 to spend and willing to purchase the right property for me, I will pay what it’s worth not over priced properties as some do lol
