The same thing has happened 3 times in the last 3 weeks, while exiting a parking space onto the "spine" at La Zenia Boulevard we have come bumper to bumper with some numpty ignoring the directional arrows on the "spines" and going the wrong way.
Well here's a couple of thoughts if they can't see the large directional arrows maybe they should not be behind the wheel of a car, or are they so arrogant they don't think they apply to them?.
