HI just after bit of advice about EES. Ive already done my photo and fingerprints etc in mainland Spain but do i need to do them again in Lanzarorte or go straight to E Gates many thanks.

Once you have registered on EES you are registered for all Schengen countries in the EU + Switzerland, Norway, Denmark and Liechtenstein. You should just have to go through the e-gates plus still (at the momen) get your passport stamped.

We registered in mainland Spain and have just been to Fuerteventura. Did not need to re-register, just went to passport booth to get stamped, although they did take our photo there 🤷♂️
