Are there any fireworks displays in or around the area on monday night?

Probably about as many as there are Hispanic Day celebrations in Wigan.

Don't think the Spanish would celebrate a thwarted Roman Catholic plot backed by the Spanish royal court to destroy the English parliament that ended up with the protagonists being executed and other Catholics persecuted.
